Great experience. Beau was a fantastic salesman. He worked and explained things to me over and over. He even called me to see how I liked the car and answered more questions. I asked him to call me back and he did answering more questions. Told me to drop by when I’m muscle shoals if I had anymore questions which I will. I am 78 years old and was driving a 2009 sport track that had none of the new features. So he deserves a Pat on the back for dealing with this old lady and helping her and never once got impatient with me. Thank you Beau.

Was interested in a new vehicle and was in the process of doing business with another dealership just minutes from my residence. After weeks of communication and even a visit with a salesman confirming interest in purchase, that particular dealership did not make it a priority to earn my business and needless to say my husband and I were very disappointed as we had purchased his truck there a year prior. After being discouraged with lack of promises and a "tomorrow morning or maybe the next day" my husband wanted to reach out to Long Lewis if Muscle Shoals as we have a family member who made a purchase there and had great experience. He made contact with a salesman about the vehicle we were looking for. The traverse we wanted was sold and they had one in transit. We decided on another model traverse which was also in transit but sold to another buyer. When we decided to give up on our local dealership and do business with Long Lewis I contacted the dealership about a particular VIN and was put in touch with Ken the sales manager. He was very attentive and kind. He went above and beyond and communicated with me that evenimg and even after business hours. My husband was in communication with him the following day and with Ken's great communication and business skills due to having positive relationships with other dealerships, he was able to get the exact VIN we inquired about the very same day and by the following afternoon I was able to do my trade and finance and pick up my new traverse. The finance virtual platform was a little odd and although it was neat still took quite a bit of time but efficient nonetheless. Our salesman Zach was helpful and experience was great. The staff was welcoming as well. We will definitely return for business when it is time for husband to upgrade.

The service adviser Jeremy greeted me promptly and could not have been more knowledgeable about my vehicle and the issue I was facing. The parts manager Jeremy even came out to greet me and let me know he was available if I had any questions. Great place to keep your vehicles serviced!
